The Process
Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and ready for dispatch with the utmost care. We will attach our Lewins Seal of Approval to each item, after passing our final inspection. Giving you the confidence, in knowing that your order will not arrive damaged or faulty, and has been sent in perfect condition. Each order will be packaged securely and sent in an anonymous white or brown parcel.

The Handwritten Message
Whether you are purchasing a gift for someone you love or you are treating yourself, we understand how important the finer details are. Your order will be carefully packaged and beautiful presented, in our Lewins packaging. If you would like to include a hand-written card, with a personal message, please let us know.

Just like you, we appreciate the simplicity of purchasing online. However, nothing can really replace the personal touches, confidence and experience of browsing and shopping in our store.
We wanted to be able to give you an after sales online experience, to replicate this. During processing your order, we will capture a small behind the scenes trailer, of your items being packaged by us. Your personal preview, will be sent via email or Whatsapp, after your item has been dispatched.
